Here’s the copy-and-paste of the email that I sent to my valued customers/subscribers:
If you are reading this email, you are our valued customer who have probably bought 1 of our past products (or products that are a result of our partnership with reputable vendors).. We sincerely thank and appreciate you for opening our emails, reading them, and taking up our recommendations. Do read on as we wanna share some important stuff with you.
1. We’re REAL people behind the emails just like YOU Are, NOT Robots
We have several business models (Product Launches, JV Brokering, Mobile Apps, Kindle, Niche sites, etc) that we’re working hard on, and YOU are 1 of our valued customers for the products we launch in the Warrior Forum. We’re REAL people behind the emails just like you are, and NOT just robots with no emotions just emailing you day by day to maximize our profits.
2. We read EVERY SINGLE emails Sent to Us
Nowadays not many people actually read their emails personally (they outsource to VAs or support staff) but Aiden and I do read the emails ourselves so as to answer your queries personally. The downside is of course, we’ve other projects to juggle and so replies could be slow, BUT we do reply to the emails sent to us (sometimes we even reply within minutes).
3. We Care about Your Success
We’ve been through many ups and downs in our IM career, so we can totally understand the “lonely” feeling of being in IM trying to make money online when very few people actually know what you’re doing. We struggled alot and are now still constantly trying to streamline our business to scale up further. So we do care about your success and wish to see you improve in your online business with hopefully our tips, advice and recommendations.
Besides giving you recommendations on products/tools, we will also have frequent emails and blogposts for sharing of our experiences and good tips.
The question is ultimately: Did you or Will you take any action?
4. We Only Recommend Quality Stuff which we personally ENDORSE to be BENEFITUAL to your Business
Whatever products/tools that we recommend, we make a conscious effort to check them out as early as we can for QC (Quality Check) purpose – So that we know whatever we recommend we are sure that they are of good enough quality and can benefit you if you put them to good use by taking action. However, we do know that NOT every product/tool will be able to fit into your business plan and hence we’re always all ears to hear feedback from you to see what EXACTLY you need. Just send a reply to our email (see Point No. 2)!
5. We Can’t Provide Personal Email Coaching but We’re Here to Help
To be honest, there are quite a few people who have paid us probably $9 for a WSO, and then expect that we should be at their beck-and-call and provide “email coaching” to them anytime. Think of it from our perspective, do you think it’s really fair? Of course we would LOVE to help as much as we can, but we do have to pay more attention and time to higher-end clients who have paid us thousands of dollars for more personalized attention, Agree? We just wish to assure you that we’re here to help, so do feel free to email us if you have any queries or need any help, but just respect our time as much as how we will respect yours, alright? 🙂
